Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you full control over your mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mails from one email box account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your email mailboxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just select the email mailbox account you wish to redirect email messages from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
